About Our SIP Panels

Planning Permission & the Caravan Act

One of the major advantages of the Willow Point is that it has been designed to comply with the Caravan Act, which means that in many cases, planning permission may not be required.

Under the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960 and the Caravan Sites Act 1968, certain structures that qualify as “caravans” - including static pods like the Willow Point - can be sited without formal planning consent, particularly when used as ancillary accommodation within the garden of a main dwelling.
